FREE Initial Meeting
We can explain the Healthcheck in full detail. You can see exactly what you will be getting out of it and choose the right package for you at the right cost. During the initial meeting, you’ll get the chance to discuss your concerns about customer service in your organisation , and what your priorities are
YourCustomer Healthcheck
This is where the journey really begins. To make sure it goes as smoothly as possible you will need to nominate a co-ordinator from within your organisation. After that, we’ll work together to get you the results you want
Written Report
We’ll document our findings in a structured and professional report. We will identify areas where you are strong and those you need to focus on. We will also provide you with a series of recommendations for making significant improvements.
Follow Up Meeting, Presentation or Workshops
If you opt for one of these extras, we will organise a meeting, presentation or interactive workshop to help you communicate the findings and decide on the right course of action for your organisation. These can be very productive and the discussion can give much greater depth to the report and agreement from relevant parties can be gained quickly.
Implementation
If you want to make improvements to your customer service and want to involve us we can help you to formulate your action plans into manageable timescales. We can assist you in any aspect of the improvements and as part of our package, we offer unlimited telephone and on-line support whilst you are making them.
Review and Monitoring
Its vital to monitor and review the improvements you put in place and we can support you in doing this. Reviews can be ad hoc, periodic or we can come back at an agreed time to carry out a formal review and feedback our findings.
