YourCustomer was formed by Paul Winterburn, who is recognised as one of the UK's leading experts on customer service. Paul has over 28 years' experience in the customer service industry and has held a number of senior management positions in both operational and strategic roles.
Paul is also a visiting lecturer on MBA programmes at Warwick Business School in the subjects of the service excellence, customer communication and complaint management.
